"When an email I received from AMC -shows souvineers available when the movie shows- then I take the day off work, drive :45 to watch a movie I'd been waiting to see on the big screen, and they don't have the commemorative popcorn buckets available, it's a kick in the teeth. Highly disappointed"

"I love that "Phoenix" has been incorporated into the name of this theater location, because it has risen from the ashes of a previous theater multiplex located at the same site. Many theaters are available at this Multiplex, which means that there are plenty of varieties of films to screen.\n\nServing the OSU community and the surrounding neighborhoods of Upper Arlington, Columbus, and Grandview Heights, this theater is a staple in the area and a great place to enjoy cinema."

"Don't worry if you arrive hungry you'll find plenty of food selections here!\n\nUp the tall escalators, you will find multiple theaters and screens of what moviegoers called electric air-conditioned pleasure palaces 100 years ago.
