"Went to Container Store to buy small gift boxes, which cost less than $5. Decided to pay with cash since the purchase was so small. Waited in line for 15 min to check out. Why? Only 1 cash register was open and 3 cash registers were unmanned. Watched at least 6 other customers, who were in line behind me, get priority service because they were paying with a debit or credit card. It's obvious the store is going to a cashless self check out system."

"I was in town for a short getaway and realized I left a bag at home, so I needed an outfit for the theater. I turned to Ashley Stewart, hoping for a reliable shopping experience. They had a wonderful sale going on, and I got a great deal on an outfit and a convertible bra. However, the staff at this location was horrible.\n\nI'm accustomed to the staff at Ashley Stewart being very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to those standards. A young lady was on her phone the entire time I was there. When I asked a question to enter the fitting room, she acted as if I was bothering her and simply told me, "It's open."\n\nWhen I prepared to check out, three people were behind the registers, and I had to ask which one I should go to. None of them initiated any conversation or offered to help me. This is by far the worst Ashley Stewart store I have ever visited. Thank God I do not live locally."

"I LOVE Francesca's clothing. It's adorable, it fits well and not too expensive! However, I have NEVER had so much trouble washing clothes. All the clothes I purchase from there shrink and then they are useless. I admit the first time I failed to follow the tag recommendations when washing, but I have tried following the wash recommendations and I have tried washing in cold... warm with tumble dry... hang dry... they get ruined very often and I'm afraid to purchase more now."
